Member Service Representative

North Itasca Electric Cooperative, Inc. located on Main Street in Bigfork Minnesota is looking for a dynamic, multi-tasking, self-motivated individual to join our team. Knowledge of office procedures and methods, telephone awareness, great communication skills and knowledge of English such as punctuation, spelling and grammar are sought. Some skills that you will need are in the multi-function telephone system, computers, copiers and modern business communications. You will need to be fluent with both verbal and written skills when communicating with our Member-Owners, visitors and the public either via electronic, telephone or face to face.

The Member Service Representative is the first point of contact in most circumstances.  Your day will vary between Member-Owner communications, interoffice communications, clerical entry, receiving payments from Member-Owners, and various office duties.

NIECI offers competitive pay with benefits.  This would be a full-time position with opportunity for growth.  Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays and retirement benefits.  Starting salary expectation $39,000 plus benefits.
