The deadline for application for the North Itasca Electric member college scholarships is Friday, April 25. High school seniors whose parents or guardians are members of North Itasca Electric can apply for these through the Northome High School scholarship committee.

Information is available on the Northome School counselor’s web page at www.northome.k12.mn.us/scholarship-information-links or by emailing the school counselor at clundin@northome.k12.mn.us.

Applications are available online (see above), at schools in the service area or at the North Itasca Electric office.

These scholarships are funded through unclaimed capital credits. Children of families who live out of the area but are members of the cooperative (such as seasonal properties with a meter) are eligible to apply.
