The office personnel have been BUSY with the upcoming yearly audit!

We would like to welcome our New CFO Dan. He has us “Thinking Outside the Box”: How to be more efficient, cut costs and still provide personal service to you, the Members. Our biggest obstacle is moving to Paperless! Old habits are hard to break…Since Dan’s arrival, the office has cut paper purchases by 46%.

Additional office challenges were the new hours of 6 a.m-4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We have welcomed and enjoyed seeing new faces coming in to visit with the new extended hours! A live operator will always answer when calling after business hours. If our call center cannot assist you, a lead office member will follow up with you during our office hours.

For a fun update, Haley has graciously accepted the additional job duties of “Activities Director.” She has been busy planning and organizing employee holiday events, including ending 2025 with stockings filled with goodies, and Valentine’s treats for all employees as well as Employee Milestones team-building get-togethers. She was WAY too busy with year-end reports, member calls, and Baby Leo daily updates to take down the Christmas tree, so a new tradition is the Valentine’s Tree!
