There are only a few items of your account information that can be changed without having to create an entirely new account. You can make these changes by filling out the following form or by calling our office at 218-743-3131.

You can add an authorized person on your account that will give them the ability to see the information on your account.
When you want to add an additional member to your account, remove a member or change your name you will need to fill out Service Transfer Information Forms which in most cases will create a new account number for you.
