Our mobile app is available at the Google Play store and the Apple App store. Do a search for “North Itasca“ and download it to your mobile device. After registering your account, you can log in to your account to see your account summary, make a payment, see your statement, payment, usage and notification history. You can also view an outage map, and sign up for email notifications. The contact information for the North Itasca Electric Cooperative offices is also found on a tab.
Below we will walk you through the Registration / Sign On pages of the app:
When you open your app for the first time you will see the screen below.
If you have a username and password, enter it now.
Click the Register New User button if you need to set up a new user, then follow the instructions below.
Enter what you would like for your User Name, you will need this every time you want to sign on to your account. Enter your Email Address. Enter a Display Name (this is the name that is displayed once you log in to your account, for example your first name). Enter a Password. Needs to be 7-30 characters with at least one upper case and one lower case letter, one number and one special character. Re-enter your Password to confirm. Click Submit.
After Registering your new user name and password you will need to add your account.
Click Add Account
Enter the Account Number that you would like to tie to your user name. You will be able to add multiple accounts if necessary. Click the drop down arrow for the Registration Type. The best registration to use is the Meter. The Registration Value is the meter number. The Meter number for your account is found in the center section of your statement or by calling the North Itasca Electric Cooperative office. Click Submit.
Once you have tied an account to your registration you will see the following screen that has the options available for your use.
